unstable traffic injury of the motion segment C 5/6 was caused by the hyperflection. The injury affected the intervertebral disc, showed by the anterior shift of C6 body. There is an anterior tear drop fracture of the anterior upper margin of vertebral body C7. There are fractures of the left part of vertebral laminae of C6 and C7The fractures of facets of C6 and C7, additional C5 on the left side, and vertebral pedicles C6 and C7 on the right side have underlined the dangerous matter of the injury. The injury has to be classified according to the AO classification at the group C with bilateral involvement F3 (subluxation of facets).
