in male of the age 43 with the fever and fatigue. The ultrahigh-resolution imaging was performed with the detector element of 0.2 mm, with the reconstruction with the increment of 0.1 mm. The images were resulted with the spatial resolution of 0.1 mm. There are present the consolidations of the lung parenchyma within the lover lobes. Air bronchogram is present in those infiltrations. Except the consolidations, the areas of ground glass opacities are seen. Mycoplasma pneumoniae was confirmed as the anthological cause of the pneumonia.
